Ruby colour. Blackberry aromas, currant and coffee are in balance with hints of clove and black pepper. Fresh and full bodied with smooth and elegant tannins. Long and slightly spicy finish.

With total de-stemming and extended cold skin maceration. The fermentation occurred at 24ºC in stainless steel vats and lasted for 9 days.
