The Clos Roche Blanche Rouge Cot is a red wine of some elegance from the Touraine appellation in the Loire Valley. Catherine Roussel and winemaker Didier Barrouillet believe in organic agriculture and the results they achieve are remarkable for  the appellation. It is a big wine, but there is a purity in the winemaking that makes it seem quite refined on the palate.
