Mont Marcal Cave Brut Reserva
Brut
Pale yellow, with fine bubbles and a perfect mousse Mont Marçal Brut Cava Reserva has aromas of yeast with a fruity base of ripe apples, banana and pineapple. There is a fine presence on the palate, slightly sweet initially, but balanced, crisp, elegant, with real character.
This is an ideal Cava to drink as an aperitif and with seafood such as cockles, clams, scampi, sardines and octopus, as well as a great variety of fried dishes (prawns and squid), soups and consommés, rich food (pigs trotters), rice dishes, pulses and soft cheeses.
This Cava is a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeu and Chardonnay. Each variety is picked and fermented separately. Second fermentation in the bottle lasts for a minimum of 15 months in the cellar.
