Tasting Notes
Manzanilla is very distinctive with some notes of biological ageing, with aromas of roasted almonds, orange peel, and hints of flowers in the background. Complex and silky attack, followed by notes of dried fruits, stone fruits, and citrus, with a sherry-like finish.
