Tasting Notes
Rich aromatics of blackberry, plum, wet slate, and violets press into a palate of ripe raspberry, cocoa, and luscious black licorice. A robust and generous finish with well-rounded tannins create a beautifully smooth mouthfeel dappled with lingering spices
Aging: 100% french oak aging, 15% in new 500L large format barrels for milder oak impact, 5% new french oak, 80% neutral french oak, aged for 30+ months
