Vieira de Sousa Port Wine LBV 2015

Tasting Notes

Deep black in colour, this LBV has a concentrated aroma of red and black fruit. Still very youthful, the grapes to produce this great LBV were handpicked, then fermented with foot treading in lagares. After fortification with grape brandy, the wine aged in inox tanks. 

Vineyard

The Vieira De Sousa family has been producing Port wine for at least for 5 generations All our wines are produced with grapes from the 4 Quintas of the family, which are almost 60 hectares in Douro Valley. These ones are located along the Douro river allowing us to produce different wines and maintain quality every year.
